Give your business to another agent. I would rate their service as an “F”. Communication and response time is very bad. We have had some phone messages just NEVER get returned. Important insurance questions that don’t get answered or resolved. Lost in voicemail? Ignored? We will never know. Understaffed for years and it shows. Recently had to close out a whole life insurance policy and needed the money ACH to us ASAP only to find out they failed to forward my paperwork to the home office for TWO WEEKS. Completely incompetent staff and show no sense of urgency. I presume ANY other State Farm agency would give you better service and care about you and your needs *more* than the Joel Fiorelli office. We will be switching our accounts to another agency very soon.

Fast and friendly help from Lyn! She answered all my many questions, confirmed I received all documents/emails and such- helped me make sure my little “to do” list got done- super helpful for me!!. Offered great options for different coverages with rates, and ways to help save. She is so great, easy to talk to, and most of all so genuine in helping make a decision best for Me. So glad to have her on my side!
